W.O.D is an "every other day" work out challenge offered to students to allow them to work on their fitness in their spare time. As a group we encourage each other by comparing times/number of repititions etc of the fitness challenge. The challenges are intended for students to inspire themselves to work hard without someone there to make them do so. At the same time, the challenges are great ways to build core strength and prepare for lessons at Chikara Ryu.
