Firstly another moment to say congratulations to all those Graceville boys who copeted in the inter club comp last night.  As I have already said I think the experience you got from it is invaluable and you have all come away making me very proud.

If you feel you did not do as well as you wanted to and it was your first comp (or it wasn't) don't feel dicouraged.  Comps are a completely different world to just rolling at training, and I hope it drives you (and me) more to reach where we want to be.
