User Rating: / 0

There is no need to book in, just come a little bit earlier and introduce yourself to the instructors and we will show you what you need to do.  You also get a free week of training to give you time to see if we are what you are looking for.

I'm not fit - should I get fit before I come?
User Rating: / 0

No!  You will get fit by coming to classes.  The best thing you can do is to turn up and start training.  We cater for all levels of fitness and will be more than happy to help you improve.

I don't think I'm fit enough for this!

Yes you are - there is no entrance test.  Everyone starts somewhere and everyone who wants to will improve.

I'm too small to compete!
User Rating: / 0

Infact being small can be a very useful attribute!  Some of the best martial artists are those who have had to learn to use their size to their advantage.  Google for the history of Brasilian Jiu Jitsu for example, then turn up to a class and start learning how to use it!
